Come enjoy the health benefits of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, and Reggaeton dance. You will learn the basic steps so you can put the fun back into your exercise routine. You’ll build your core, endurance, coordination, overall total body strength, mental health, and great dance skills! You won’t even know you’re exercising!
