Im from the Los Angeles area originally, and I moved here after college and traveling to go to massage school. I graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 1995 and Ive been here ever since! I currently teach massage therapy (and various subjects related to massage) at Apollo College and I do various chair massage events around town, either supervising students or on my own. My favorite massage modalities are Thai (traditional and adapted to the table), Swedish massage, and Polarity Therapy. To me the best bodywork is that which brings me back to myself, back to my source. So that is my goal in giving bodywork - to help people get back in touch with their deepest selves, as well as to help in calming and grounding them.
